Women may request a female presence for reassurance and moral support when we attend a breakdown or accident scene. We endeavour to supply a female presence upon request, however, if that’s not possible, we will provide the name and description of the attending patrolman/tow truck driver. The driver will provide clear evidence of his ID before asking you to unlock the car doors.
